How I work as a Therapist
Life can be challenging and difficult to understand at times, with situations thrown in front of us that we are not expecting. At such times we can often feel our life has been somewhat derailed and we are completely alone.
Therapy can open a space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings within a safe, confidential and secure environment. Together, we will create an atmosphere that offers an opportunity for you to explore what brought you to therapy. Moving you forward into a new way of being, that gives clarity to who you have always been.

How I work as a Coach
Sometimes, the greatest understanding of oneself comes within the most unstable of times.
Coaching is focused on change and action. It's different to therapy as it is a more directive approach, which offers a space for goal setting, to enable you to move forward. Supporting you in finding your own solutions, in a safe, confidential and secure environment.
